General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
for booking apartments at Gut Edelweiss, Kaprun

1. Contracting party
The apartments at Gut Edelweiss are rented by:

Not contractual partners are:
– Prime Global Media Ltd., which only operates the website
– Vogel & S Global Comm. Network GmbH, owner of the property and the domain
2. Booking and conclusion of contract
The accommodation contract is concluded upon the guest's booking and the written booking confirmation by Home Office & Service GmbH. Bookings are binding.
3. Terms of payment
Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is due upon booking. The remaining balance is due upon arrival or in advance. Accepted payment methods are listed in the booking system.
4. Cancellation conditions
Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking, the following cancellation conditions apply:

Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation

29 to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total price

13 to 7 days before arrival: 80% of the total price

from 6 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total price
Travel and cancellation insurance is recommended.
5. Arrival and departure
Arrival: from 3:00 PM
Departure: until 10:00 am
Deviations are only possible after prior written agreement.
6. Liability
Home Office & Service GmbH is liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence. No liability is assumed for valuables or cash in the accommodation. Use of the facility is at your own risk.
7. House rules
The guest undertakes to treat the accommodation and its contents with care and to comply with the house rules. The guest is fully liable for any damage caused.
8. Pets & Smoking

Pets are allowed on request, with an additional charge of at least €10 per day due to increased cleaning costs.

The property is non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted in the apartments. In case of violation, we reserve the right to charge additional cleaning fees.
9. Data protection
Personal data is processed exclusively for the purpose of processing your booking. The privacy policy published on the website applies.
10. Place of jurisdiction & applicable law
Austrian law applies, excluding the conflict of law provisions of the IPRG and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Place of jurisdiction is Zell am See.
For consumers residing in the EU, the mandatory consumer protection regulations of their home country also apply.
11. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
By completing the booking, the guest confirms that he has read and accepted these terms and conditions.
